Macmillan Cancer Support wholly owns four subsidiary companies, each of which promotes society lotteries to raise funds that help support different areas of Macmillan's work for people affected by cancer.

The four subsidiaries, whose registered offices are all at 89 Albert Embankment, London, SE1 7UQ, are also known as 'Promoters' and are each licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission (www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk):

Macmillan Financial Grants Lottery Ltd, registered in England and Wales company number 9494065, is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number: 44252, provides funding for Macmillan financial grants to people affected by cancer in the UK;

Macmillan Cancer Information Lottery Ltd, registered in England and Wales company number 9771409, is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number: 44254, provides funding for Macmillan information services including Cancer Information Centres, the Macmillan Support Line in the UK and cancer information development for people affected by cancer;

Macmillan Influencing Cancer Care Lottery Ltd, registered in England and Wales company number 9771351, is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number: 44255, provides funding for Macmillan to support work to re-design and improve cancer care practice across the UK, including research and campaigning to improve cancer services, influencing cancer policy and raising awareness of the needs of people affected by cancer amongst key stakeholders and policy makers; and

Macmillan Healthcare Lottery Ltd, registered in England and Wales company number 9771479, is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number: 44253, provides funding and support for Macmillan Professionals including Nurses engaged in Health or Social Care and funding specially designed cancer treatment centres in the UK.

Each society lottery draw is promoted by a subsidiary in accordance with the Lottery Draw Calendar and the lottery draws together are referred to as the 'Macmillan Lottery'. Responsible person: Janine Windust, who can be contacted at the above registered offices’ address.

All proceeds from the Macmillan Lottery go to the relevant Promoter and all profits are donated to Macmillan Cancer Support. The % of proceeds raised and declared as profit from each of the society lotteries promoted in 2019 by each of the four subsidiaries and the likelihood of winning a prize, can be found on the Society Lotteries web page.
